DELIVERY†† Delivery is completely FREE on all orders to UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man!†We aim to have your blind delivered to your door within 5 working days from the date you place your order.

Standard free delivery means that your blinds should be delivered to you within 5 working days. If for any reason this is not possible, we will notify you by email of the expected delivery date. All deliveries are made between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. If you need your blind to be delivered on a Saturday, please contact us by telephone on 0845 241 6898 or†use the 'Ask Nigel' feature†and we will arrange this for you. Please note that a delivery charge of £ 15.00 will be added for Saturday deliveries.

 

If you are not at home when the driver attempts to deliver your blind, he will leave a card with a number to call to arrange re-delivery or you you can arrange to collect your goods. When completing the delivery address details, you will have the option to nominate an alternative delivery address such as a neighbour or place of work. We strongly recommend this option, as a missed delivery can often delay your blind by several days. Please remember that the goods will have to be signed for.

 

We also welcome deliveries to the Channel Islands for a small additional charge (subject to weight). Please call or email for details. Should you experience any difficulties or delays with your expected delivery, please contact us by telephone on 0845 241 6898, or use the 'Ask Nigel' feature.

 

RETURNS

 

If for any reason you need to return your blind to us, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a courier to collect it. If you have opened or removed the packaging, please reseal or replace it. We will only be able to collect parcels which are correctly packaged.
